There is a small freezer in the basement which contains 26,wild harvested peasants these birds, birds still have feathers and feet and are stored in plastic grocery bags. Operator states these are not to used in restaurant. Inspector also found some home canned peppers in the basement these are also for personal use. Food items that are not supplied by approved sources should not be stored with foods that are served in the resturant.
