10/13/2015 | Inspection | Fire extinguisher expired July 2015. Cream of salmon soup in stainless steel reach-in cooler measured to be 44 dF - ok. As per discussion with Jorge, sewage system (tank and leach fields) were connected to pre-existing septic tanks (and leach fields?) located in front of facility, and that sewage system in back of building is no longer connected or in use by this facility. Location of septic area in front of building is now paved, and per Jorge, tank was pumped prior to having area paved. Counted thirty seats and fourteen bar stools at time of inspection. No foods in hot-holding atoi. |
