The Kitchen Manager has been directed to complete daily temperature logs three times daily for all refrigeration units at the facility. It is highly recommended to address concerns with ventilation in the kitchen area and lower storage room as this has the potential of not allowing the refrigeration units to properly work. Please discuss this issue with your service professional.
