First of all this cafe has been pretty good the few other times I've eaten there before, so this was my first bad experience from there. "So this my story" I phoned in a take out order for 10 boneless chicken wings,( aka ) chicken nuggets. I pick up my order and take them home, when I open the container there was like 8 tiny nuggets and 4 standard size nuggets that were almost consumable. Instead of returning them to the cafe I decided to eat the four nuggets and call them and complain about my meal.
I am speaking with the young lady on the phone and I explain to her how terrible these wings are, so she puts me on hold. I figured she went to talk to someone about my situation when she returns she tells me that all the boneless wings are like that and there's nothing they can do about it until they get a new batch in (What Really?)
She never even offers me a refund or a replacement lunch.
Hello, Hello, (Get a Clue !) STOP SERVING THEM UNTIL YOU GET A NEW BATCH IN ? OR BETTER YET SEND THEM BACK TO YOUR SUPPLIER ? Don't serve them to me or anyone else! Who the hell is the manager on duty ? Who is running the kitchen ? Do you even need a high school diploma to work there ?
