The degree of food prep involved at facility comprises of dispensing toasted breakfast items, prepackaged snacks and fruit. Fruit maybe sliced or cut up in small pieces.The primary critical control point would be (no bare hand contact) with ""ready to eat"" food and proper cold holding. Accuracy of food probe thermometer was verified, hand washing facilities were checked, proper sanitizer concentration was verified. Gloves were present.

All food items requiring cold holding were checked for proper temperature (45F or less) and recorded on a log sheet. 58 lunches were available for consumption. Serving time goes for a hour.

Proper cold holding (below 45F), regular and routine handwashing and no barehand contact with ready to eat food are the primary critical control points involved with the serving of food to the children at this facility. Staff were very cooperative and understood those concerns.
