05/08/2015 | Inspection | Discussed deficiencies with the operator. The operator stated that the owners are going to repair the floors mentioned in Item #15A sometime this year. The Dining Room floor is also starting to show signs of wear, with much of the paint/coating worn away, exposing the untreated, bare wood. The light above the KSF Freezer is also powered through an extension cord plugged into a ceiling outlet in the neighboring room. Sliced tomatoes in a bowl in the upper compartment of the Bain Marie were measured at 42.6 degrees F and sliced tomatoes in the tray below this bowl were measured to be 39.6 degrees F. Report must be mailed. |
