03/13/2015Inspectionsoup 160 F. bar cooler 41F. walk in temperatures tested acceptable. reviewed the indirect drain on 3 bay sink in cellar. sink has water pump which has one way valve and water is pumped into an acceptable indirect drain. sink only utilized for cleaning slicer, all other limited food prep is done in upstairs kitchen.
