12/03/2015Inspectiondishes are stored outside of the kitchen entrance operator stated that the dishes are washed every time they are brought in to use. cl2 res was .5 and the wsor was up to date. novembers wsor was given to me to take back to the office. floors throught the facility are in good condition. new flooring has been installed in the dry storage / office area, new flooring in the walkin, bathroom, bar area and behind bar. bathroom has been remodeled smooth and cleanable. ceiling in the walkin has been painted all food was up off the floor. all coolers are keeping good temp. walkin ranch dressing 41F, whit residential frig in kitchen. 42 cocktail sauce. residential frig next to it with meat in it 39 deg. F no failure found in the leach field .
No violation noted during this evaluation. 12/03/2015Inspectioncrock pots and chaffing dishes were available for the catering most events are done at the winery and that kitchen is used. coolers are used to transport food hot or cold. all food preped in kitchen and transported to event unless certified kitchen availible. no food prep was being conducted at the time of the inspection. will be requesting an event list for the 2016 season.

05/29/2015Re-Inspectionfloors are clean and broken tiles in kitchen and dinning area are repaired. equipment and hood is much cleaner. fan guards are clean the cover for light in walkin has been replaced. ceiling and mop boards are scheduled to be repaired next week (June 1st or 2 nd) while they are closed. the owners plan is to gut bathroom this summer and replace floor in bar area, walkin, and office dry storage. self closing door for men's bathroom works. walkin fridge is scheduled for painting next week.
