Temperatures taken during inspection;True 2 door freezer #11 has apple pie at 14F, True glass door refrigerator,no number, has deli ham slices at 44F, True 2 door freezer, also no number, has a reduced fat blueberry muffin at 4F, the # 8 RTF double door refrigerator has a veggie egg white patty at 43F, the # 7 Delafield refrigerated drawers have smoked sausage at 45 F, the #5 Delafield reachin lowboy reach in cooler has lemons at 42 F. All temperatures are acceptable.
