Cooked chicken breasts in the top portion of cooler are at 45F. reach in cooler in the dish area has raw hot dogs at 38 F, note much of other foods were recently delivered or stocked and are still thawing.
Notes: Need to return to perform sanitary survey due to heavy rain. Chlorine residual measured at 3 mg/ l (3:45) at the hand washing sink. |
