01/24/2014 | Inspection | Thermometer was out of calibration. Corrected by calibrating in ice water. Employee did not change gloves after handling raw meat and then touched the cooler handle when putting meat back into cooler- potential cross contamination. COS by taking soiled gloves off and sanitizing handle with bleach water. Lasagna was not held at 140F. Actual temperature was 120F. Corrected by reheating to 165F. Floor below grill is greasy and dirty. Cook does not have restraint for beard. Counter below Wells grill is greasy and has accumulation of debris. Certified food handler has expired. Complaint investigation conducted in conjunction of inspection. |
