09/24/2015InspectionComments only: 1. Food temperatures at the right side salad bar were recorded in the range from 44 to 47 degrees F using a metal stem probe thermometer. 2. Dices tomatoes located at the taco condiment station were temped at 46 degrees F. The container of tomatoes is not held on ice. In discussion with John, the lunch service is from 11am to 1pm, and all leftover food is discarded at both the salad bar and the taco condiment station. All remaining violations must be corrected no later than 10/8/15. Must send Corey DiLorenzo an email to corey.dilorenzo@health.ny.gov addressing corrective actions taken to all cited violations no later than 10/8/15.
