 09/28/2015InspectionComment only: Food temps ranged from 40 to 47 degrees F in the front area display cooler. Foods that were closer to the back wall of the cooler were colder than foods that were stored towards the outer part of the shelves. Must ensure that all foods that require refrigeration are held at 45 degrees F or less at all times. All remaining violations must be corrected no later than 10/13/15. Must send Corey DiLorenzo an email to corey.dilorenzo@health.ny.gov addressing corrective actions taken to all cited violations no later than 10/13/15.
