03/19/2014 | Inspection | Table in the kitchen area contains various food items, personal care items (lotion and gloves), utensils, etc stored on it. I was tld that some of the items were from the small kitchen cabinets, moved because of some plumbing work being done.
Also the surface of this table is not conducive to proper cleaning. It is wood and worn and pitted. Advised to cover or refinish. I am told they may eliminate the table altogether,
Ventilation hood has cardboard taped to the vents to keep cold air out of the kitchen Told they must remove the cardboard and determine the problem and repair if needed. Also Ansel system did not have an inspection tag. |
