 01/13/2016Inspectiontoday's lunch chicken patty 155, baked beans 150, French fries, fruit cups (cans are chilled, opened and portioned, but not refrigerated during service), fruit was out about 40 minutes and measured at 60, returned to fridge to rapidly cool, re-checked 20 minutes later and measured at 52*F. facility is very clean and organized.
  • Critical: Toxic chemicals are improperly labeled, stored or used so that contamination of food can occur.
