01/15/2016 | Inspection | All hot and cold hold food temperatures measured with a metal stem food probe thermometer are acceptable at 140 degrees F or above, and 45 degrees F or below. Discussed their ill food worker policy. Recommended obtaining a thermocouple thermometer for this size operation for better efficiency and accuracy. This was ordered before the end of the inspection, as were both required chemical test strips. A hand wash sticker was affixed on towel dispenser for the kitchen hand wash sink.
