01/14/2016 | Inspection | The only items requiring cooling and reheating are 10 pound batches of pork and 18 quart batches of refried beans. Items reviewed to avoid future violations were storage of food vs. non- food items, end of the day cleaning procedures, and dented can procedures. Please note if a canned foods integrity is comprimised by a dent requiring it to be taken out of inventory it cannot be given to charity. If a food is determined to be "" unsafe"" for public consumption the same ""unsafe"" item should not be considered safe for private consumption. |
