10/22/2015Inspectionfacility is very clean and organized, serving 11 meals today, and freezing 3 for home delivery at another date, sent out 65 meals before inspection. roast beef =180*F, cooked carrots=207*F, mashed potatoes=207*F, and gravy=204*F. home delivery meals packaged on site and numbers of deliveries varies greatly, log book maintained for temperatures. Tanya called facility manager to service dishwasher and address other violations.
