01/11/2016 | Inspection | Comment only: Using a metal stem probe thermometer, several foods were recorded at 45 - 46 degrees F inside the 3 door pizza cooler. Robert turned the temperature dial up. Please monitor food temperatures in this cooler closely. If food temperatures rise above 45 degrees F, you must remove all foods requiring refrigeration immediately and transport to a properly functioning cooler.
Must correct all violations no later than 1/25/16. Must send Corey DiLorenzo an email to corey.dilorenzo@health.ny.gov addressing corrective actions taken to all cited violations no later than 1/25/16. |

02/12/2015 | Inspection | Comments only: 1. Glass on top of metal stem probe thermometer is broken. Rob agreed to purchase a new metal stem probe thermometer this evening. 2. Using a metal stem probe thermometer, several food temps were recorded between 44 - 46 degrees F inside the walk in cooler. Rob agreed to get cooler serviced this evening. If food temps rise above 47 degrees F, you must move all food that requires refrigeration to a properly functioning cooler immediately.
