02/16/2016 | Inspection | All hot and cold hold food temperatures measured with a metal stem probe thermometer are acceptable. Proper cooling is observed. Glove use observed. All items from the pre-op inspection of 1/19/16 but the floor/ceiling ones have been corrected. The floors and ceiling corrections will be given an extra compliance schedule of mid June when another inspection will be conducted, thank you. |
