Clothes washer hose is properly attached. A new floor drain was installed under coffee sink. Vents and tiles in the dining room have been cleaned. Discussed floor cleaning regime, 3 times a day, in the kitchen. Observed hamburger cook temp: 180F. Discussed ceiling leaks and process and procedures to deal with it. Hair restraints and hand barriers utilized.
