09/10/2015 | Re-Inspection | Above violations to correct forthwith. At this time, all other violations cited on 9/8/15 found corrected. Refrigerator found holding at 60 degrees F and was empty of any potentially hazardous food. Oerator states repair company was here yesterday repairing unit. Temperature was turned colder at this time. Monitor unit. If unit will not hold at 45 degrees F or less, remair or maintain unit or abandon use. Temp at close of inspection 47-49 degrees F and appears to still be dropping.
