12/08/2005 | Inspection | 1E - Approximately 100 pounds of frozen pre-made hamburgers in unmarked packageing found in white flip top freezer. In discussion with food worker, George Carr, the hamburgers were bought from a place in Cambridge, he could not recall the name. George also said the hamburgers were brought from a walk in cooler at the Washington County Fair on Tuesday, August 30, 2005 to the Middle Falls Vol. Fire Dept. The walk in cooler had been shut off Sunday, August 28, 2005. George also said, that as far as he is aware, none of the hamburgers have been served to the public at the Middle Falls Vol. Fire Dept. George Carr voluntarily discarded all of the frozen hamburgers, along with 2 bags of ice that were stored in the same freezer as the hamburgers. |
