The facility has contacted a plumber and are going to be installing above ground piping/pumping station. The facility does have a 3-bay sink at the bar, which has compartments large enough to fit the equipment from the kitchen. Employees must use the bar sink to wash rinse and sanitize dishes. 2) Facility is interested in converting the back kitchen into an ice cream area with service windows. Plans must be received and approved prior to construction. 3) Hand wash stickers and informational hand outs given. |
