10/13/2005 | Inspection | There were 9 trays of ham & cheese wraps in warming ovens at Unit 2 at food product temperatures between 125-133 degrees Fahrenheit. The product had been placed in the warming unit from cold holding 1/2 hour prior to taking the temperature of the product. This was the first time this particular food item had been served warm at this facility. Any left over product was discarded.
Following discussion with Genevieve McLaughlin, the food manager said he would submit a HAACP plan should he decide to continue to serve warmed wraps. |
