03/27/2015 | Inspection | Comments only: 1. There are no food handling gloves present at establishment. No food was served during my inspection, so no bare hand contact was observed. Informed Dawn that no food can be served until food handling gloves have been purchased and are at facility. 2. There is only a 2 bay sink in kitchen, no dishwasher. Must find a way to wash, rinse, sanitize, then air dry all dishes and utensils in that order. 3. Cannot verify if ice machine drain is indirect. Please verify that the ice machine is equipped with an indirect drain to waste.
All remaining violations must be corrected no later than April 17, 2015. Must submit something in writing to the Glens Falls District Office addressing corrective actions taken to all cited violations no later than 4/17/15. |
