The following hot held items were measured after being removed from the oven (degrees F): Bar-B-Que Chicken - 170.3, Baked Beans - 205.5, Steamed Carrots - 192.0. The Ventilation Hood was checked in April 2014. Report needs to be mailed to Terry 607-547-6454. |
