Education was provided to the cook and the operator regarding proper storage of raw foods in association to storage of ready-to-eat foods. Additional items discussed during the inspection included: proper storage of all food and food related items, proper storage of chemicals, the construction of the walkway between the kitchen and the dry goods storage area and methods for controlling for rodents and insects.
