According to GM, product was brought out ~ 4 hours ago from the cooler. GM volunteered to discard and replace. Corrected. 10B--Rubber gasket on walk-in cooler door is torn in multiple places. 11D--Debris build-up on storage shelving by 3-bay sink. Repeat. 15A--Ceiling above storage rack near 3-bay is in disrepair. 15B--Light shield near back entrance area are missing end caps. 15B--Gray colored fan grate in walk-in cooler has dust build-up.

Both had been out for less than 2 hrs according to store manager, so they were put in walkin cooler and cold(<45 degrees) product replaced them. 11C - Several salad bowls in walkin cooler found right side up and one had debris in it. All were rewashed .

10/06/2005InspectionBuffalo chicken and grilled chicken found to be at 50 degrees F. in the pizza topping cold hold unit using inspectors calibrated food testing thermometer at 1:30pm during inspection. Lids to cold hold unit were off and it is right next to pizza oven. Lids were off since 11:30am as per Brian (manager). Chicken was immediately put into an ice bath and cooled back to < 45 degrees F. and covers were put back onto unit.
