Lunch is served at the following times: 11:30, 12:05, 12:40, 1:05. Separate area noted for dented cans in dry storage area. Gloves noted being used. Pears noted being handled with gloves and being packaged to prevent barehand contact/contamination when on display. Whitsons delivers food every day, sometimes twice a day. Most of the time, food is delivered frozen. Sometimes, hot food is delivered. When hot food is delivered, both Whitsons and school take temperature. Food product thermometer noted. Temperature logs for refrigeration units noted.
