Actual temperature of the cooler was 40 F. * Pots are stored on dirty cardboard next to the three bay sink.

Corrected: The cheese was moved to another unit. * Large pool of chicken blood on the shelf holding the boxes of raw chicken in the walk-in cooler. * Floor of the walk-in cooler needs to be cleaned and sanitized . * Floor beneath the 3-bay sink needs to be cleaned. * Floor behind the fryers needs to be cleaned. * Floor near the hot water tank, by the wire shelf, needs to be cleaned.
