Cutting board voluntarily discarded. Corrected. 10B--Highest shelving along kitchen walls are bare particle board and the outside of the walk-in cooler door is bare wood, not smooth and easily cleanable. Repeat. 11D--All cooler gaskets in kitchen have debris build up and sides of deep fryers and counter have grease build up. 15A--Floor by walk-in cooler is bare wood and the ceiling in same area is cardboard, not smooth and easily cleanable surfaces.
