External digital thermometer readout is 58 and internal thermometer reads 55 deg F. all potentially hazardous food items will be re-located to alternate coolers and some foods (cases of unopened yogurt, chesse and pastuerized egg product) to be transported to the Pok Middle school until unit is serviced and holding temps at 45 deg F or lower. |
