02/26/2015 | Inspection | Temperatures taken of food items and refrigeration are acceptable.
Operator wishes to add walk in refrigeration, in prep room, and to expand dining room seating another 20 seats from current 50. Additional room to be used for peak times but primarily as an event room. Operator will contact Patti Iacampo at NYSDOH office with plans for these changes. Operator will also need to contact local codes officer William Walcutt to approve plans for event room and changes in occupancy.
