 08/27/2015InspectionWalk in cooler as been installed without prior approval, operator will contact NYSDOH office with plans of the prep room and new storeroom area. Temperatures taken of food and refrigeration were found to be acceptable.

 02/26/2015InspectionTemperatures taken of food items and refrigeration are acceptable. Operator wishes to add walk in refrigeration, in prep room, and to expand dining room seating another 20 seats from current 50. Additional room to be used for peak times but primarily as an event room. Operator will contact Patti Iacampo at NYSDOH office with plans for these changes. Operator will also need to contact local codes officer William Walcutt to approve plans for event room and changes in occupancy. Correct email on file.
