All required facilities are present and operable; three bay sink, mop basin, hot/cold running water, grease trap ,and cooling and cooking equipment. A 90 day waiver is granted on the hand wash sink. The three bay can be used for this purpose when clear of other work. A choking poster and hand wash signs are provided today. A CPR kit will be installed or on premises before opening. OK to operate at this time. Issue permit. |
