02/17/2016InspectionComment: Accuracy of food probe Thermometers were checked, proper concentration of sanitizer was checked, proper hot holding above 140F and cold holding below 45F was verified. Handwash station was fully equipped and accessable. Inspection was facilitated by a reported foodborn illness as a result of chicken wings consumed with ranch dressing by two individuals out of a group of four. The prep cooler where individual containers of ranch dressing are stored was properly cold holding, as well as, walk-in cooler where the one gallon containers of ranch dressing are stored. Discussed complaint with operator.

11/18/2015InspectionComment: Business activity was a little slow at the start of inspection. However, it picked up during inspection indicating food served was movingd. This reduces potential for improper time/temperature abuse of food items (pizzas). Operator stated he will submit current sketch of food prep area and new bar. Walked through new bar during inspection. Construction is just about complete. Mainly only construction dust clean up is remaining.

11/02/2006Inspection2E, potential 6F, 6A, 5A Metal stem food probe thermometer used to evaluate proper cooking, reheating, hot and cold holding of potentially hazardous food, read 22F in a 32F ice bath. The othertwo thermometers were completely nonfunctional. Correction The one functioning thermometer was calibrated to read 32F in ice bath. Operator must obtain two additional metal stem food probe thermometers by 11/09/06. Use of thermometers to ensure proper cooking, cooling, reheating, hot and cold holding of potentially hazardous food to be instituted.
