09/09/2015Inspection5A/5E - At 2:50 PM, Inspector temped using digital food testing thermometer, left-most deli cooler (near grill) at 58.9 degrees f. All potentially hazardous food temped the same. Food included: 5 lb bag of monty-jack cheese, 3/4 gallon heavy mayo, 1/2 gallon honey mustard dressing, 1 gallon heavy mayo, 1/4 pan pizza sauce, 1/2 bin mozzarella cheese, 2 1/2 lbs shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 gallon olives were all voluntarily discarded by cook. All food had been in cooler over night. 10B - Wood shelves in walkin cooler were bare wood/wearing to bare wood and not smooth and easily cleanable. REPEAT 15B - fan grates in walkin cooler have dust buildup. REPEAT

Operator reported cleaning service had been contacted to clean ventilation system and proof will be submitted to HD when when cleaqning completed. 16 - CPR kit missing - repeat violation. CPR signage left at time of inspection.
