02/09/2015 | Inspection | Comment only: Approximately 8 quarts of cooked chili located in walk in cooler was temped using a metal stem probe thermometer at 43 degrees F. The chili was layered about 6 inches high in the container. Several other foods were temped in same cooler between 40 to 41 degrees F. Chili was made yesterday. Provided proper cooling education to Larry.
