Chicken wings were found at 58F with inspector's digital thermometer. According to owner, cooler was 50F last evning. Potentially hazardous foods (5 pounds chicken wings, 1 pan of gravy) were discarded. All other foods (beer, condiments) deemed not potentially harardous. Repairman has been called. 5A corrected.
15B: End caps missing from lights in main kitchen area. Repeat. Light in walk-in walk-in cooler not sheilded or shatterproof.
11D: Excessive grease buildup on sides, back and legs of fryers, and on cabinet next to fryers.
