No violation noted during this evaluation. | 02/12/2016 | Inspection | Feild visit conducted in response to a fire call. A small fire occured in upstairs boiler room. Employees in restaurant smelled smoke. Fire Department responded, put out fire out and contacted National Grid to turn off power to the upstairs area; power will be restored once heating professional adresses boiler unit. The restaurant is on separate power and heat source, and has been cleared to operate normally by Fire Department as stated by restaurant owner. The restaurant closed immediately upon incident and remained closed until OCHD representative arrived. Inspection of the kitchen and dining area noted faiint smoke odor; no damage to establishment and no product contamination or adulteration noted. Establishment noted acceptable to open and operate as per OCHD. Owner plans to open and operate during normal business hours starting tomorrow (Saturday) at 11:00 am. No further action recommended at this time. |
