10/31/2014 | Inspection | Comment only: A cheese cloth is used to filter several produce items and then the cheese cloth is washed using cold water, detergent, and scrubbed with a brush, no sanitizer is used. Cheese cloth is then placed in freezer for future use. Must submit list of all foods that are filtered using cheese cloth to our office. To follow up.
All remaining violations must be corrected no later than 11/14/14. Must send Corey DiLorenzo an email to corey.dilorenzo@health.ny.gov addressing corrective actions taken to all cited violations no later than 11/14/14. |
