 05/14/2015InspectionDiscussed deficiencies with the operator. A five pound chunk of Mozzarella Cheese in the Three Door Reach-In Cooler was measured to be 40.6 degrees F. The Ventilation Hood above the Donut Fryer and Stove does not have an automatic fire suppression system. They wash their dish ware in a two bay sink, using one of the bays to both rinse and sanitize the dishware. Report e-mailed.
