05/27/2015InspectionComments only: 1. Food located in the top section of the meat cooler located at the left of the cook line were temped in the range from 45 to 46 degrees F. Must monitor cooler closely and if temps of food rise above 45 degrees F, must move food to properly functioning cooler immediately. 2. Food inside the two door line cooler measured 44 to 45 degrees F using a metal stem probe thermometer. Please follow steps mentioned above in first comment. All remaining violations must be corrected no later than 6/21/15. Must send Corey DiLorenzo an email to corey.dilorenzo@health.ny.gov addressing corrective actions taken to all cited violations no later than 6/21/15.
