Using a metal stem probe thermometer, lemon slice measured at 47 degrees F. Do not store any food or beverage items that require refrigeration in this unit until it is serviced and repaired so that all items are being cold held at or below 45 degrees F at all times.
All remaining violations must be corrected no later than 8/27/15. Must send Corey DiLorenzo an email to corey.dilorenzo@health.ny.gov addressing corrective actions taken to all cited violations no later than 8/27/15. |
