CORRECTED 5A APPROX 4 CUPS OF CUBED OR SLICED TOMATOES AWERE FOUND AT TEMPERATURES VARYING FROM 48F TO 60F. PER CONVERSATION WITH MANAGER, TOMATOS WERE OUT FOR APPROXIMATELY 1 1/2 HOURS. ALL TOMATOS WERE BROUGHT TO COOLER FOR QUICK COOL DOWN. CORRECTED 5A 7 HAMBURGERS WERE FOUND AT GRILL WITH TEMPS OF 48-52F. HAMBURGERS WERE THERE FOR APPROX 1.5 HOURS AND WERE RETURNED TO COOLER FOR QUICK COOL DOWN. CORRECTED 10A INSIDE OF ICE MACHINE HAS SOME RUST ON THE SIDES.
