04/08/2008Inspection2E: Accurate food testing thermometer not available to monitor food temps during cooking, cooling, reheating, and hot holding. Establishment's thermometer read 190oF in ice water. Owner Lisa Routhier will obtain a new one today. 5C: A half dozen shells eggs were found on kitchen counter near grill in a plastic basket. They were temped at 60oF. It was determined that eggs were out of temp for less than 2 hours. The inspector allowed eggs to be put back into cooler to allow them to return to 45oF or less. 10B: 3 upright freezers (2 in rear storage room and one in dining room) heavily iced up. Need defrosting.
