 10/17/2005InspectionThere were food items offered for public comsumption prepared by an individual in his home. Mr. Ploof said that he would no longer bring food to be shared to the Center. The food items were removed at the time of the inspection. The spring loaded spray nozzle extends below the flood rims on the 3 compartment sink in the kitchen. The nozzle was placed above the flood rim at the time of the inspection.
