 01/15/2016Inspection8E corrected fron 06022015 there is a thermometer in reachin cooler of Taco Bell preparation area, was in the back of the top shelf of the cooler ans was moved to the front part of cooler needs to be in the warmest part of the cooler. 15A corrected from 06022015 ceiling vents in satisfactory condition. 15 A corrected from07262015 dining room floor cleaned, no grease build up. 11 D, 15 B, 15 A mold build up gone from walkin freezer and cooler in Taco bell area, and soda dispenser corrected from o7262015. 15 A from 07262015 fan guards on cooler and freezers cleaned. 15 A Food debris behind storage racks in walk in cooler removed and corrected from 07262015. Weather stripping on emergency exit door repaired adequately and corrected from 07262015. Correct the violations noted today by next routine inspection. Note continue to pay close attention to out of the way areas, corners under counters, shelves, appliances for regular consistent cleaning as well as floor because of the nature of the fr/ying process. The grease gets everywhere and is hard to clean and requires effort to maintain.
