Educated owner to have 100 ppm bleach in wipe cloth buckets; 50 ppm in 3-bay sink. Corrected. Educatedthat different brands of bleach (ie concentrated) have different % of Cl. 15B - Light shield missing from hood above stove on right side of kitchen. Not same shiled as previous inspection. Owner called several different places to locate new one. REPEAT.
