12/01/2015Re-InspectionAs mentioned in the previous inspection: the fire alarm panel, located in the basement, is in Alarm Mode and the Trouble light is on. Additionally, the inspection of the ANSYL system in the kitchen is not up-to-date and multiple fire extinguishers throughout the establishment are not up-to-date including one in the basement that has not been inspected since 2008. As per New York State Uniform Code the fire detection and suppression systems need to be maintained. As per discussion during this re-inspection, please contact our office to discuss extensions for the dates to correct the above mentioned violations.
